Key Responsibilities For Consolidations Accountant:
- Manage the consolidation process for Xero's financial statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data for consolidation
- Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
- Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation
- Support continuous process improvements in the consolidation process

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and consolidation principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- CPA or progress towards certification is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
