Position Summary

Zoom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Email Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Strategy team. This is a fully REMOTE position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the USA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging email marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and optimize email performance. You will play a vital role in shaping Zoom's email marketing strategy and achieving our business objectives. You’ll be responsible for deploying and tracking email campaigns that support our customer lifecycle marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support Zoom's overall marketing goals.
• Create engaging and effective email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding sequences, and more.
• Manage email campaign development, testing, deployment, and tracking, ensuring optimal performance.
• Segment email lists to target specific audiences with tailored messages.
• Analyze email campaign data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to create cohesive campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Manage Zoom's email marketing platform and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Report on key email marketing metrics and ROI.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
• Contribute to A/B testing roadmap to improve deliverability, open rates, and conversions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must reside in the USA and have the ability to work remotely.

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need:

• A dedicated home office space free from distractions.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• A personal computer with up-to-date operating system and software.
• A webcam and headset for video conferencing.
• Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours to collaborate with the core team.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully REMOTE position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and location. Zoom offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
