Key Responsibilities for Controller:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
- Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle financial systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a leadership role

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Controller position at PwC in Omaha, Nebraska is $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
