Position Summary

Fiverr is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Analyst to join our growing Compliance team. As a REMOTE Corporate Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Fiverr operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of our compliance programs, and for providing guidance and support to employees on compliance matters. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Fiverr's compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and their potential impact on Fiverr's business.
• Assist with internal investigations of potential compliance violations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters.
• Assist with the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.

Technical Requirements

As a fully remote employee, you are required to maintain a suitable home office environment to ensure productivity and professionalism. The following technical requirements must be met:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and a download speed of 50 Mbps.
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Company-provided laptop and necessary peripherals (e.g., monitor, keyboard, mouse).
• Ability to participate in video conferencing and online meetings.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Flexibility to work during core business hours, with some availability to accommodate meetings across different US time zones.

Desired Skills

• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar certification.
• Experience with compliance management software.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this REMOTE Corporate Compliance Analyst position is $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience. Fiverr offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our remote employees, including:
