Key Responsibilities for Credentialing Specialist:

- Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, NCQA, and CMS guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using credentialing software and databases.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Medical Staff Services Management or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS).
- Experience with CAQH and other credentialing platforms.
- Knowledge of managed care contracting processes.

Compensation & Benefits:
