Key Responsibilities for Credit Analyst:
- Conduct thorough credit assessments on individual and corporate clients to evaluate their creditworthiness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Credit Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
- Sound knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and credit scoring techniques.
Desired Skills:
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Experience in using credit risk management systems and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential credit risks proactively.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Credit Analyst position at Standard Chartered in London is £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
