Position Summary
DLA Piper is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital PR Specialist focused on Content Creation to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As a Digital PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies to enhance DLA Piper's brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital PR strategies focused on content creation to support DLA Piper's marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, press releases, infographics, white papers, videos, and social media updates.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (lawyers and other professionals within DLA Piper) to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital PR trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital PR, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of creating successful content strategies that drive engagement and results.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with social media marketing and content management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in the USA.
Technical Requirements
To be successful in this remote role, you must have:

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this remote Digital PR Specialist - Content Creation position is $70,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. DLA Piper also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
