Key Responsibilities for Early Years Practitioner:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support the development of children aged 0-5 years
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Support children in developing their language, communication, and numeracy skills through structured play and interaction
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the early years provision
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent recognised by Ofsted
- Enhanced DBS check clearance
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Experience working in a similar role within an early years setting

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Early Years Practitioner role at Academy Trusts is £18,000 - £22,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
