Position Summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA is seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, circuits, and electronic components to support our cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical circuits, systems, and electronic components in alignment with project requirements.
• Create detailed schematics, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and implementation phases of projects.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electrical design to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of experience in electrical design or a related field.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering, circuit design, and electronics.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams.

Required Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field is required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with simulation software such as MATLAB or SPICE.
• Familiarity with PCB design and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, NEC, or UL.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
