Key Responsibilities For Employee Relations Specialist:

- Proven experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Specialist position at EY-Parthenon in Billings, Montana is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
