Key Responsibilities for Employee Relations Specialist:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with management to address performance issues and support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to employee relations activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Specialist position at Morgan Stanley in Phoenix, Arizona is $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
