Key Responsibilities For Employee Relations Specialist:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide resolutions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Collaborate with HR business partners to address employee relations issues and recommend solutions

- Manage employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management tools
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making
- Strong presentation skills for conducting training sessions
