Key Responsibilities for Equity Research Analyst:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and industry developments to provide insights on investment opportunities.
- Generate equity research reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance of companies, sectors, and markets to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or other financial data platforms.
Desired Skills:
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or progress towards certification.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Experience in conducting industry-specific research and thematic analysis.
- Understanding of risk management principles and portfolio optimization strategies.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Equity Research Analyst position at Grant Thornton in Orlando, Florida is $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
