Key Responsibilities for ESG Finance Analyst:

- Collaborate with clients to integrate ESG metrics into financial reporting and risk management processes
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to sustainable finance and responsible investing
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders on ESG performance metrics

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or ESG research
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability principles
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, Sustainability, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ESG Analyst
- Experience working with ESG data providers and sustainability ratings agencies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards for ESG disclosures
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change towards sustainable finance practices

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the ESG Finance Analyst position at KPMG in Austin, Texas is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
