Key Responsibilities For Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management review
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans and strategic initiatives
- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct ROI analysis for key projects
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:
- MBA or CFA certification
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of retail or consumer goods industry
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights
- Strong project management skills

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst position at Nike in New York City, New York, is $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
