Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to assist in planning and monitoring business performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business planning activities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to communicate financial results and recommendations effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
