Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare financial models and reports to assess business performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans and forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans and long-term financial projections.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the banking or finance industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- Experience with Hyperion, SAP, or other financial planning tools.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
