Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop financial models and reports to analyze business performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and information for financial planning and analysis purposes.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software for analysis and reporting.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA.
- Experience in the professional services industry or a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools for financial analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the FP&A Analyst position at PwC in Boston, Massachusetts is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.
