Key Responsibilities For FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

Desired Skills:
- MBA or CFA qualification is a plus
- Experience in the banking and finance industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits:
