Key Responsibilities For Fund Accountant:
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of investment funds
- Prepare and review financial statements, fund performance reports, and investor communications
- Reconcile cash and investment positions, and ensure accuracy of fund valuations
- Coordinate with external auditors and fund administrators for annual audits
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Assist in the preparation of fund budgets and forecasts
- Support fund managers in decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing

Desired Skills:
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Experience with investment management software such as Advent Geneva
- Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements for investment companies
- Familiarity with IFRS and international accounting standards
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Fund Accountant position at Oracle NetSuite in Boise, Idaho is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
