Position Summary

Litify is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Content Marketing Specialist - Growth Hacking to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and ultimately fuel Litify's growth. You will leverage data-driven insights and growth hacking techniques to create engaging and effective content across various channels, including our blog, website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven content strategies aligned with Litify's business goals and target audience.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, ebooks, white papers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media updates.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analyze content performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels to reach a wider audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure content alignment and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
• Utilize growth hacking techniques to rapidly test and iterate on content strategies.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the SaaS or legal tech industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely.
• Experience working effectively in a 100% remote setting.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a productive and collaborative remote work experience, the following technical requirements are necessary:

• Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
• Reliable computer with a webcam and microphone.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $75,000 - $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Litify offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
