Position Summary

White & Case is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Digital Marketing Manager - Growth Hacking to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As a Growth Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth hacking strategies to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness for White & Case. You will leverage data-driven insights, experimentation, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth hacking strategies aligned with White & Case's overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand user behavior, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments across various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and high-performing content that attracts and converts target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to virtual team meetings and collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.
  • Participate in virtual team building activities to foster a strong remote team culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth through innovative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of growth hacking principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be located in the USA and authorized to work in the USA.

Technical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
