Position Summary

Disco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Automation Specialist to own our email campaign strategy and execution. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to personalize customer journeys, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve our email marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, content creation, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to build automated workflows and personalized customer journeys.
  • Create compelling and engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, transactional emails, and drip campaigns.
  • Segment our email database to target specific audiences with relevant and personalized messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Must be located within the USA.
  • Must have a dedicated home office space.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements are necessary:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Computer with up-to-date operating system and necessary software.
  • Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work during core business hours in the US Eastern Time Zone (9 AM - 5 PM ET).
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
