Key Responsibilities for Healthcare Assistant:

Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations

Desired Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to use electronic health record systems
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
