Key Responsibilities for Hotel Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of all departments
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability, including managing budgets and financial performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the hotel
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, aiming to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
- Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
