Key Responsibilities For Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping team members on Marriott UK's standards and procedures
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and procedures within the housekeeping department

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Certification in housekeeping or related field

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
