Position Summary

Linde plc is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our remote team. This role will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HRIS management, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the success of a global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Maintain and update HRIS (HR Information Systems) to ensure accurate and compliant employee records.
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Support benefits administration, leave management, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong technical aptitude for HR software.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, and record keeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Required Education

Others: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and multi-country compliance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Linde plc offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $63,000 to $96,000, based on experience and qualifications.
