Key Responsibilities For Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager at Cognizant in Las Vegas, Nevada, will play a crucial role in driving the company's human capital strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will:
- Lead HR processes including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Provide strategic HR leadership and consultation to business leaders on HR issues, team dynamics, and business strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of human resource management experience, preferably in the technology or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that have contributed to business success.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, especially those relevant to Nevada.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Desired Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience in a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Cognizant offers a competitive salary and benefits package for the Human Resources Manager position. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
