Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager at Rank Group will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and enhancing employee satisfaction. This remote position requires a proactive individual with strong conflict resolution skills, a deep understanding of HR compliance, and the ability to drive engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for remote employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 13 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proven expertise in employee conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance employee engagement through initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education

Others (Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources will be considered.)

Desired Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems and remote collaboration tools.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Rank Group offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
