Key Responsibilities for Innovation Manager:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in innovation management, product development, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to drive impactful outcomes.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in innovation management or related fields.
- Experience working in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and agile practices.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, or blockchain.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Innovation Manager position at Capgemini in Kansas City, Missouri is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
