Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, valuation, and risk assessment for potential real estate investments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing assets, identifying opportunities for optimization and value enhancement.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Support asset allocation strategies and portfolio rebalancing initiatives to maximize returns.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 15 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in investment management, financial analysis, risk assessment, asset allocation, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.

Required Education

Other relevant degrees or certifications in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field are acceptable. Professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Experience in European real estate markets.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG factors in real estate investing.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in German or other European languages.

Compensation & Benefits
