Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with Berkshire Hathaway’s business goals.

• Ensure IT governance, compliance, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 9 years of experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
• Proven expertise in strategic IT planning, budgeting, and financial management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in vendor management, project management, and cloud computing.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and enterprise software systems.

Required Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Berkshire Hathaway offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $60,000 to $81,000, based on experience and qualifications.
