Key Responsibilities

The intern will work closely with the in-house legal and compliance teams on real business operations, focusing on regulatory excellence:

Contract Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including MOUs, NDAs, and commercial contracts.
Regulatory Research: Conduct detailed research on evolving regulations from the RBI, SEBI, and MCA specific to the FinTech ecosystem.
Compliance Support: Aid the team with statutory company filings, documentation, and due diligence checklists.
Reporting: Prepare concise legal summaries, case notes, and internal compliance reports.
