Key Responsibilities

The intern will work directly with the legal team, supporting core legal functions necessary for business operations:

Legal Research: Assist in conducting research and analysis on various complex legal issues.
Document Drafting & Review: Draft and review critical legal documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and specifically Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Documentation & Filing: Compile relevant information, maintain, and organize legal files, and utilize contract management tools.
Legal Compliance: Gain practical experience working with and understanding the fundamental principles of the Indian Contract Act 1872.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance to the legal team as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:
- Currently a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or a recent law graduate.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly the Indian Contract Act 1872.
- Demonstrated ability to review and understand Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required Skills:
- Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
- Strong drafting and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
