Position Summary
Skadden is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Email Marketing Manager - Social Media to join our growing marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to support our social media initiatives and overall marketing goals. You will be a key driver in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and generating qualified leads. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, social media platforms, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with social media campaigns and overall marketing objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including email design, content creation, list segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create integrated campaigns that leverage both email and social channels.
- Optimize email marketing campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain email marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and social media.
- Provide regular reports on email marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the email marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on social media integration.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Must be able to work remotely and maintain a reliable internet connection.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a productive remote work environment, the following technical requirements apply:

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this fully remote Lead Email Marketing Manager - Social Media position is $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience. Skadden offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
