Position Summary

Filevine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Statistical Analysis to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a fully REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights from our data. You will lead projects related to predictive modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis, contributing directly to the improvement of Filevine's product and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
• Perform data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and statistical analysis techniques.
• Contribute to the development of Filevine's machine learning infrastructure and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a REMOTE environment.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a remote setting.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements are necessary:

• Dedicated home office space free from distractions.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this REMOTE Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Statistical Analysis position is $150,000 - $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
