Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead PPC Specialist - Content Creation to join our growing marketing team at Doist. This is a fully REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our paid advertising efforts with a strong focus on creating compelling content for PPC campaigns. You will develop and execute innovative PPC strategies, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness. A key component of this role will be crafting engaging ad copy, landing page content, and other content assets that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising) to achieve business goals.
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for PPC campaigns, including ad copy, landing page content, display ads, and video scripts.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members (SEO, content, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and content marketing.
- Manage PPC budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are within allocated spending limits.
- Lead and mentor junior PPC specialists, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PPC advertising, with a strong focus on content creation for campaigns.
- Proven track record of creating successful PPC campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and landing page content.
- Deep understanding of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising) and their functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using PPC management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a REMOTE environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work.
Technical Requirements
As a fully REMOTE role, the following technical requirements are essential:
- Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- Modern computer with sufficient processing power and memory to run necessary software.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
