Position Summary

Paul Hastings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Quantitative Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a fully remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Lead Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical models, providing actionable insights, and driving data-informed decision-making across the firm. You will play a key role in shaping our data strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining techniques, and business intelligence principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to support various business functions, including finance, marketing, and operations.

Compensation & Benefits
