Key Responsibilities for Learning Support Assistant:
- Assist the class teacher in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Support individual children with learning, play, and social interaction
- Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver engaging activities
- Provide feedback to teachers on children's progress and development
- Assist with record-keeping and administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check clearance
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience and empathy when dealing with children
- Creativity in planning and delivering activities
- First Aid certification is desirable

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £16,000 - £19,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
