Position Summary
Domino's Pizza Group is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our remote marketing team. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media advertising, and analytics, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with Domino's Pizza Group’s business objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools to refine marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content for digital and traditional channels.
- Maintain and update content on the company’s CMS to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or food industry.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong proficiency in social media advertising and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Required Education
A Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
Desired Skills
- Experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation & Benefits
Domino's Pizza Group offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $126,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
