Key Responsibilities for Organizational Development Consultant:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational development strategies that align with PepsiCo's business objectives.

- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation efforts and enhance employee engagement.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to build capabilities and drive succession planning within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or talent management roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing organizational development initiatives in a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on organizational needs.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Organizational Development.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or a Fortune 500 company.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and experience with HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Organizational Development Consultant position at PepsiCo in Wichita, Kansas is $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
