Key Responsibilities for Painter & Decorator:

- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
- Select the correct materials and tools for each project
- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared before painting
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in the construction industry
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Health and Safety certification (CSCS card) is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Painter & Decorator position at Local Construction Firms is between £22,000 to £28,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
