Position Summary
The Clorox Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in a remote capacity. This role will support corporate legal functions, including document drafting, compliance, contract management, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal software, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate legal tasks, including entity formation, due diligence, and governance matters.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support decision-making.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, external counsel, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support compliance initiatives and corporate policies.
- Utilize legal software and technology to streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 11 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal environment.
- Proficiency in corporate legal tasks, including document drafting, contract management, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and legal software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Required Education
Other relevant certifications or paralegal training programs are acceptable in lieu of a traditional degree.

Compensation & Benefits
