Key Responsibilities for Payroll Clerk:
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely for university employees
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, and deductions
- Address payroll-related queries and issues from employees
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related field
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices

Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems

Compensation & Benefits:
