Key Responsibilities for Payroll Clerk:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify and update employee records to ensure accuracy of payroll data
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and reconciling discrepancies
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Compensation & Benefits:
