Key Responsibilities for Payroll Manager:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the payroll process for employees in the Little Rock, Arkansas office.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll and taxation.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and improve payroll processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare payroll reports and analyze data to support financial reporting and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and management.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.

Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
- Experience with ADP or other payroll processing systems.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
