Key Responsibilities for PCSO:

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a community support or security role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Good understanding of security practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence is essential

Compensation & Benefits:
