Key Responsibilities For PCSO:

- Assisting in the implementation of crime prevention initiatives and community programmes

Required Qualifications:
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
- Prior experience in a similar role within law enforcement or security

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Physical fitness and the capability to handle demanding situations
- Full UK driving licence

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
