Position Summary
Boies Schiller is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Brand Manager with a strong focus on Social Media to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As the Performance Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. This role requires a data-driven approach, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Boies Schiller's brand and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, legal) to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance.
- Manage the social media budget and track expenses effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to team projects.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on performance and brand management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US.
- Experience using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
Technical Requirements
To be successful in this remote role, you will need the following:

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this remote Performance Brand Manager - Social Media position is $90,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and location. Boies Schiller offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
