Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Email Marketing Manager - PPC to join our dynamic remote digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. The Performance Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven email marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth through paid channels. You will leverage your expertise in PPC and email marketing to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical skillset and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing strategies integrated with PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns within various PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) utilizing targeting and retargeting techniques.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email creative, subject lines, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Manage email marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and PPC.

  • Deep understanding of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Must be a resident of the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
  • Company-provided laptop and necessary software.
  • Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
